ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ Space Cat Lab! เราให้บริการล้างฟิล์ม สแกนดิจิทัล และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรุณาอ่านข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อย่างละเอียดก่อนใช้บริการ การส่งฟิล์มเข้ามาล้างถือว่าท่านยอมรับและตกลงตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
2.1 ท่านตกลงที่จะส่งฟิล์มเพื่อล้างและสแกนโดยยอมรับความเสี่ยงด้วยตนเอง แม้ว่าเราจะใช้ความระมัดระวังอย่างเหมาะสมในการจัดการฟิล์มของท่าน เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการล้าง สแกน หรือขนส่ง
2.2 ท่านรับทราบว่าเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่คาดคิด เช่น ความผิดพลาดทางเทคนิค อุบัติเหตุ หรือภัยธรรมชาติ อาจส่งผลให้ฟิล์มหรือไฟล์สแกนของท่านเสียหายหรือสูญหายได้ เราแนะนำให้เก็บสำเนาสำรองไว้หากเป็นไปได้
2.3 การกรอกแบบฟอร์มไม่ถูกต้อง การให้ข้อมูลการชำระเงินผิดพลาด หรือการละเว้นรายละเอียดที่จำเป็นในการจัดส่ง อาจทำให้เกิดความล่าช้าในการดำเนินการและส่งมอบคำสั่งซื้อของท่าน
3.1 Space Cat Lab จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายโดยตรง โดยอ้อม โดยบังเอิญ พิเศษ หรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการล้างฟิล์มหรือสแกนของท่าน รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะความเสียหายจากการสูญเสียกำไร ข้อมูล หรือการใช้งาน แม้ว่าเราจะได้รับแจ้งถึงความเป็นไปได้ของความเสียหายดังกล่าว
3.2 ท่านตกลงที่จะชดใช้ค่าเสียหายและปกป้อง Space Cat Lab จากการเรียกร้อง ข้อเรียกร้อง หรือความรับผิดที่เกิดขึ้นจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการล้างฟิล์มของท่าน รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะการเรียกร้องเกี่ยวกับความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายของฟิล์ม การบาดเจ็บส่วนบุคคล การละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ หรือข้อเรียกร้องอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเนื้อหาในฟิล์มของท่าน
4.1 เรามุ่งมั่นให้บริการล้างฟิล์มและสแกนคุณภาพสูง อย่างไรก็ตาม เนื่องจากความแตกต่างของฟิล์ม การเปิดรับแสง และปัจจัยอื่นๆ เราไม่สามารถรับประกันผลลัพธ์เฉพาะเจาะจงได้ คุณภาพของฟิล์มที่ล้างแล้วและไฟล์สแกนอาจแตกต่างกัน
4.2 หากท่านไม่พอใจกับคุณภาพของงาน กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ เราจะพิจารณาข้อกังวลของท่านและตัดสินใจว่าจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการใหม่หรือไม่ ตามดุลยพินิจของเรา
4.3 ระยะเวลาดำเนินการเป็นเพียงการประมาณและไม่รับประกัน ระยะเวลาอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ขึ้นอยู่กับปริมาณงานในแล็บ
5.1 แม้ว่าเราจะใช้ความระมัดระวังทุกประการเพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย ท่านรับทราบว่ามีความเสี่ยงเล็กน้อยที่สิ่งของที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฟิล์มของท่านอาจสูญหายระหว่างกระบวนการดำเนินงาน
5.2 หากท่านเชื่อว่ามีสิ่งของสูญหาย กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 14 วันหลังจากได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ เราจะทำการสอบสวนอย่างละเอียด และหากเราเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ เราจะเสนอการชดเชยตามดุลยพินิจของเรา โดยจำกัดไม่เกินมูลค่าของฟิล์มและค่าบริการล้าง
6.1 ท่านยืนยันว่าท่านเป็นเจ้าของที่ถูกต้องหรือมีสิทธิ์และการอนุญาตที่จำเป็นสำหรับเนื้อหาในฟิล์มที่ท่านส่งมาเพื่อล้างและสแกน
6.2 Space Cat Lab จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ การใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือการเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ที่อยู่ในฟิล์มที่ท่านส่งมา
7.1 เราจัดเก็บฟิล์มเนกาทีฟที่ล้างแล้วเป็นระยะเวลา 28 วัน นับจากวันที่ล้าง
7.2 ท่านรับทราบว่าเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายของฟิล์มเนกาทีฟในระหว่างหรือหลังระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ
7.3 หลังจากระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ 28 วัน ฟิล์มเนกาทีฟจะถูกทำลายเพื่อปกป้องความเป็นส่วนตัวและความลับของเนื้อหาของท่าน
8.1 ไฟล์สแกนดิจิทัลของฟิล์มที่ล้างแล้วสามารถดาวน์โหลดได้เป็นระยะเวลา 28 วัน นับจากวันที่ล้าง
8.2 หลังจากระยะเวลา 28 วัน ไฟล์สแกนอาจถูกลบออกจากระบบ เราไม่รับประกันการเก็บรักษาไฟล์สำรองหลังจากระยะเวลาดังกล่าว
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย
การส่งฟิล์มเข้ามาล้างถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขข้างต้นแล้ว หากท่านไม่เห็นด้วยกับส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ กรุณาอย่าใช้บริการของเรา
Welcome to Space Cat Lab! We offer film processing, digital scanning, and related services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By submitting your film for processing, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2.1 You agree to submit your film for processing and scanning at your own risk. While we will take all reasonable precautions to handle your film with care, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during processing, scanning, or transportation.
2.2 You acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances such as technical failures, accidents, or natural disasters might result in damage to or loss of your film or scans. We recommend keeping backups or duplicates if possible.
2.3 Failure to fill in required forms correctly, failure to provide correct payment information, or omission of necessary identifying details may result in delays in the processing and delivery of your order.
3.1 Space Cat Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the processing of your film or scanning of your negatives, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.2 You agree to indemnify and hold Space Cat Lab harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the processing of your film, including but not limited to claims for damage to or loss of film, personal injury, copyright infringement, or any other claims related to the content of your film or scans.
4.1 We are dedicated to providing high-quality film processing and scanning services. However, due to variations in film stock, exposure, and other factors, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. The final quality of processed film and digital scans may vary.
4.2 If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the processed film or scans, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. We will review your concerns and determine if reprocessing or rescanning is necessary at our discretion.
4.3 Turnaround times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. These estimates reflect our current laboratory volume and are subject to change without notice.
5.1 While we take every precaution to avoid the loss of items, you acknowledge that there is a minimal risk of misplacing items related to your film during the processing and handling process.
5.2 If you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will conduct a thorough investigation and, if we are found responsible for the loss, we will offer compensation at our discretion, limited to the value of the film and associated processing fees.
6.1 You affirm that you are the rightful owner or possess the necessary rights and permissions for the content of the film you submit for processing and scanning.
6.2 Space Cat Lab shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement, unauthorized use, or distribution of copyrighted material contained within the film you submit or the scans produced.
7.1 We retain processed film negatives for a period of 28 days from the date of processing.
7.2 You acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to film negatives during the storage period or thereafter.
7.3 After the 28-day storage period, film negatives will be disposed of to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your content.
8.1 Digital scans of your processed film are available for download for a period of 28 days from the date of processing.
8.2 After the 28-day period, digital scans may be deleted from our systems. We do not guarantee the availability of backup files beyond this period.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
By submitting your film for processing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
